We make every effort to expedite the delivery of your orders. You will receive a confirmation email with your order's information right away after placing one. The prompt shipment of your order will then be our top priority. The majority of the time, all things are sourced from our warehouse and shipped out within (12)hours. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or SMS to let you know when it may be shipped.
No matter how big or small your item is, we offer a standard shipping fee of Rs.(190) on all orders.

Unexpected shipping delays sometimes happen, therefore please contact us by email at Support@iremos.pk, phone at (+92325-4144474, 75), or WhatsApp at (+92325-4144474) if you haven't received your order by the deadline. You may reach us on Facebook (facebook.com/Iremos.pk) and Instagram (instagram.com/iremos.pk). When you contact or email us, be sure to have your order number on hand (it will be sent to you via email when you place your order).

If any purchased goods are discovered to be defective or damaged, IREMOS will fully refund your money or replace the item. However, the following requirements must be met in order to return your purchased product(s) to us for a refund if you decide against using them after changing your mind:
- Products need to be sealed and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned within 7 days after the date of original delivery of the goods.
- You must include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase with your return.
- For refund on COD orders, minimum of 48 hours are required, however for orders that have been payed through bank transfer OR Debit/Credit cards, the refund would be done by our Merchant in 3-4 business days.

Cancellation:
The earlier you let us know if you wish to cancel an order, the better! Because we typically ship orders within 24 hours, please notify us as soon as possible if your order needs to be cancelled.
Whether your order has been dispatched or not will determine whether you can cancel. Items are typically delivered out within one business day, so it's crucial that you let us know right away. Send an order cancellation request to IREMOS Customer Services at Support@iremos.pk, give us a call at +92325-4144474, 75, or send us a WhatsApp message at +92325-4144474 if you need to cancel an order.
Please be aware that we will not be able to cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
