How to use:
- The best way to use these tools is by first applying a facial oil or serum to make the Roller or Gua Sha glide on to your skin more easily
Jade Roller:
- Use the facial roller to roll on your cheeks using upward motion, applying light to medium pressure
- Then move to your forehead and similarly roll in upward and outward motion.
- Repeat each stroke 3-5 times
- Use the small side of the roller for areas like under the eyes or nose, using light pressure
Gua Sha:
- With medium pressure, using the flat edge of the Gua Sha scrape in an outward motion on your cheeks starting from the crease of your nose until the ear
- Similarly, move to the forehead and scrape upwards starting from the eyebrows and moving toward the hairline
- Now using the other edge of Gua Sha which has two curves, starting from the chin scrape your jawline moving in an outward motion toward the ear
- For the under eye area, use the Gua Sha very gently moving from the inner corner of the eye to the outer
- Repeat each stroke 3-5 times
